Alumni from Yosemite Elementary School will be gathering at YES (now known as Yosemite School/Yosemite Valley School) in Yosemite Valley.
WHEN: Saturday, September 20, 2025
TIME: 1:00-5:00p.m.
POST REUNION - impromptu gathering at Yellow Pine Picnic area 4:30 - until you’re done! Bring your own chairs, food and drink. Picnic tables & BBQ’s should be on site.
Our Childhood Is Treasured History!
The first school in Yosemite Valley was organized July 6, 1875, making this year the 150th anniversary of a school in Yosemite Valley! We‘ll be creating a scrapbook of personal stories, anecdotes, memories and photos to be donated to the Yosemite Valley School library.
Walk Down Memory Lane!
We'll have access to the entire building for touring. Yearbooks from many years will be available for your perusing. PLEASE BRING any treasured memorabilia you have, it will be displayed on provided tables in the multi purpose room. Some of our teachers will also be attending!
What to Bring
Stories, memories and anecdotes for our Memory Book. Photos, either copies or photo copies can be included too! They need not be a part of your written contribution but will be included in a photo section.
If you plan on going to the impromptu gathering at Yellow Pine, bring your own chairs, food and drink. If you plan on bar-b-queuing be certain to bring what you’ll need for that as well.
